How to measure
- 1Use a steel tape measure, not a cloth one. Measure to the nearest 1/8 inch.
- 2Inside mount: measure the inside width at the top, middle and bottom; enter the narrowest. Measure height at left, center and right; enter the longest.
- 3Outside mount: measure the area you want covered, adding at least 2 inches on each side and 3 inches above the frame.
- 4Curtains and tracks: measure the full track length you want, wall to wall or bracket to bracket, and the height from track to floor.
- 5Note obstructions such as handles, cranks, vents or outlets and enter them in the room label.
- 6Not sure? Book a free in-home measurement instead — our measurement guarantee then covers the fit.
