Returns and custom orders

Custom-made products. Curtains, shades, blinds and tracks are made to your measurements and cannot be returned or exchanged, except for manufacturing defects covered by our warranty.

Measurement guarantee. If our team measured your windows and a product does not fit, we remake it at no charge. If you entered your own measurements, a remake is charged at 50% of the product price.

Order review. We check every custom order before production. If a measurement looks wrong, we contact you before anything is made; you can correct it, or cancel for a full refund, until production starts.

Accessories and samples. Unused accessories in original packaging can be returned within 30 days for a refund of the product price. Fabric samples are free and need not be returned.

Refunds go back to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
