Installation

Installation is charged separately from your curtains and shades, per window, and shown as its own line at checkout.

Included: mounting hardware and brackets, motor calibration and testing, Wi-Fi and app setup, smart-home pairing, schedule programming, a walkthrough, and cleanup.

Extra charges: tall windows over 108", extra-wide windows over 144", and connecting hardwired motors. A trip fee applies outside Long Island. A minimum installation charge applies per order. Electrical work beyond an existing outlet or junction box is quoted separately.

Scheduling: we call you to book installation when your order is ready. Most homes are done in one visit of 4–8 hours.
